Description

Overview:
The ZLVM vacuum mixer series is a customizable, high-speed mixing system designed for efficient processing of high‑viscosity products. The unit integrates a bottom-mounted turbo mixing element and can be equipped with an optional dynamic stator to improve homogenization and emulsification under vacuum.

Applications:
  • Mixing and homogenizing of liquids, liquid–solid and liquid–powder systems.
  • Emulsification, blending, heating, pasteurization and cooling processes.
  • Deaeration, flash cooling/evaporation and powder handling for dairy, prepared foods, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and related industries.


Equipment characteristics:
  • Customer-configurable design to meet process requirements and line integration.
  • Turbo bottom-mounted high-efficiency mixing unit for superior circulation in tanks.
  • Optional dynamic stator to enhance shear and product texture control.
  • Available options include: direct steam injection heating; steam or hot-water heating via jacket; indirect cooling via jacket; vacuum for deaeration, powder transport or flash cooling; powder and liquid handling equipment; bin elevators and wagons; multiple agitator types.
  • Designed for multi-operation workflows: homogenizing, emulsifying, blending, heating, pasteurization, cooling and powder handling.
