Overview: Large outdoor storage tank is equipped with cleaning system, stirrer system, lighting and viewing devices, thermometer and liquid level indicator.

Application: It is applicable for large milk collection centers or for outdoor milk storage at large dairy production plants; also used in other food and pharmaceutical factories for liquid product storage.

Equipment characteristics:

• Inner shell and outer cladding structure with PU insulation.
• Dimple jacket cooling design suitable for fresh milk storage.
• Special workshop-wall door design for convenient sampling and operation.
• Volume range: 15,000 L – 120,000 L (custom design available; for tanks ≥120T on-site manufacture is recommended due to transport constraints).
• Standard attachments: airtight side manway; side-mounted agitator; PT100 thermometer (0–100℃); two CIP cleaning balls; aseptic sample valve; air vent with insect/dirt protection; product inlet/outlet; cooling medium inlet/outlet; level sensor; ladder with safety cage and top protection fence; lighting and viewing devices.
