Overview:
The ZLHTY series high-speed shearing emulsification tank uses a rotor-stator high-shear mechanism to achieve rapid emulsification, dispersion and homogenization of liquid-liquid and liquid-solid systems. Its advanced rotor-stator geometry produces strong shear, collision and crushing effects for stable fine emulsions and uniform dispersions.

Application:
Suitable for dairy and beverage production, and widely applicable in chemical and light industries including emulsion reagents, coatings, dyes, paper, pesticides and other processes requiring fast mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, crushing, suspending or dissolving.

Equipment characteristics:

• Rotor-stator configuration: high-speed rotating rotor combined with a fixed stator. The rotor accelerates product toward the stator, generating intense shear, collision and crushing between rotor and stator for efficient emulsification.
• Flexible vessel options: available in single-layer, double-layer with insulation, or triple-layer constructions to suit heating, cooling or insulation requirements and facilitate operation and maintenance.
