Overview:
The cooling tank is the key equipment for mechanical milking systems on dairy farms. It is also widely used in manual-milking farms, milk collection centres and milk processing plants to keep raw milk in optimal condition and inhibit bacterial growth.

Application:
Mainly used to cool and store fresh milk; can also be used for cooling or storage of other liquid products.

Equipment characteristics:

• The tank wall uses an advanced dimple plate as an evaporator to exchange heat directly with the milk inside.
• Equipped with France-imported TECUMESH or MANEUROP refrigeration compressor assemblies, including hermetic compressor, imported expansion valve and solenoid valve. The system has a reliable midpoint protection device to prevent compressor burnout due to overload or system faults.
• Constructed from SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, with automatic pressurised rotary CIP spray ball and auto-stirring system.
• PU insulation provides effective thermal insulation.
