Controlriv Gen3 is a process control for blind rivets, rivet nuts and lockbolts. It’is an essential tool for monitoring process quality, as it provides crucial information on successful clamping and stores detailed information in a log file.
Controlriv Gen3 can be offered as a stand-alone unit or in a network of devices that communicate and exchange data with each other with the supervising and managing PLC or PC. It is possible to provide information and exchange data on the outcome of the process, through relay outputs, or through communication buses like Profinet.
