Quick coupler Versilon®

Product Overview
Versilon® Cam & Groove Female, Style 16T from Saint-Gobain is a D-type female cam and groove coupling in a swivel (full-swivel) design, Chemfluor® PFA encapsulated. The coupler half provides full swivel positioning for leverage to seal cam arms and includes a positive hose lock using a dog-lock groove to prevent pull-offs.

• Optional sealing over silicone with Chemfluor® PFA

• Encapsulated sealing gasket provides a resilient seal with no exposed elastomeric material
• Full range of Chemfluor® fluoropolymer-encapsulated adapters available
• Recommended operating conditions:
  
  • 3/4" - 2" — 250 MAWP (psi)
  • 2-1/2" and 3" — 150 MAWP (psi)
  • 212°F with Buna N gaskets
  • 400°F with Chemfluor® PFA encapsulated gaskets
• Pressure ratings apply to fittings only; hose assembly MAWP must use the lower rating of hose and fitting at temperature
• Locking style available: replace TKS with TLKS
