Description

Product summary
Versilon® BCS is a convoluted fluoropolymer hose featuring an electrostatic-dissipating conductive PTFE liner designed for safe transfer of media that generate static (caustic solvents, solvents, steam). The hose has a high-grade PTFE inner core reinforced with a 304 stainless steel braid. BCS is vacuum-rated, chemically resistant and provides flexibility plus effective vertical self-drain through its low-profile helical convolutions.

Features & Benefits
  • High flexibility and vacuum resistance
  • Helical, low-profile convolutions promote drainage
  • Neutral to taste
  • Does not absorb color or odor
  • Non-stick, non-contaminating surface
  • Compatible with SIP, CIP and autoclaving

Typical Applications
  • Chemical transfer
  • Steam transfer (e.g. tire press)
  • Solvent transfer
  • Acid lines
  • Adhesive transfer
  • CIP lines
  • Food and beverage transfer
