Product description
The SCHMIDT® ServoPress 602 is designed for press operations in precision mechanics, spring testing, medical technology, watch and jewelry production, and small motor and electronics manufacturing. The unit can be equipped with two-hand safety, light curtain or the SCHMIDT® SmartGuard solution.

Mechanical accuracy

• The press ram is guided over the entire stroke by profile rails: maximum stiffness and no bending at full stroke

Force sensor integrated in base

Press frame

• Press frame made of ground tool steel is an integral part of the press system: high stiffness and dimensional accuracy

The force sensor is insensitive to influences such as:

• weight of the upper tool
• thermal influences from motor and mechanical friction
