Description

Overview
Equipped with a heated ESI probe, the LCMS-8045 delivers high sensitivity and reliable long-term performance. The heated ESI probe, high-temperature heating block, desolvation line (DL) and drying gas promote efficient desolvation and reduce the risk of liquid droplet contamination entering the MS unit. The system reaches a maximum scan speed of 30,000 u/sec and a polarity switching speed of 5 msec, enabling ultra-high-speed quantitative analyses. The LCMS-8045 is suitable for food safety, environmental and routine quantitative applications and can be upgraded to the LCMS-8060.

Key feature highlights
  • Heated ESI probe and heated capillary sample introduction to improve desolvation.
  • High-temperature heating block and desolvation line (DL) to reduce droplet contamination.
  • Drying gas and proprietary ion transfer/focusing optics to maximize sensitivity and limit contamination.
  • High scan speed (30,000 u/sec) and fast polarity switching (5 msec) for high-throughput quantitation.
  • Maintenance-friendly design: quick replacement of desolvation line and ESI capillary.

Features (summary)
  • Combines high sensitivity with ultra-high-speed detection.
  • Consistent performance supported by the MS interface and ion optics design.
  • Redesigned ionization unit for simplified maintenance and reduced downtime.
