Description

Overview
The C2MAP™ System is an LC/MS/MS cell culture media analysis platform that automates pretreatment through measurement of culture supernatant samples and generates temporal change profiles for up to 95 culture supernatant components. Its optimized LC/MS/MS simultaneous analysis method supports optimization of animal cell culture conditions by monitoring consumption and depletion of media components and variations in metabolites secreted by cells.

Visualization
Temporal changes in component concentrations are visualized using the dedicated viewer software C2MAP TRENDS, which plots time-series graphs for each measured compound.
