Description

STF’s F600 Series provides high-quality gravel filtration for water with organic matter and algae. Its robust design and efficient backwash ensure clog-free irrigation and long-lasting performance. STF’s F600 Series gravel filter heads are designed for deep filtration of water with high organic load and algae content, typically found in drip and sprinkler irrigation systems. They use gravel filter beds of various grain sizes, distributed across one or more cylindrical filters operating in parallel or sequentially. An automatic backwash system, triggered by differential pressure or timer, reverses the water flow and expels accumulated solids without halting the system, ensuring fast and effective cleaning. The filter bodies are made of carbon steel with epoxy-polyester coating, with optional AISI-304 or AISI-316 stainless steel for harsh environments. The F600 Series is available in models with flow rates from 25 to 520 m³/h per unit and connections from DN-80 to DN-250. The system includes automatic valves, inlet/outlet manifolds, drains, and a control programmer. Ideal for agricultural, municipal, and industrial installations that demand high-efficiency filtration and continuous operation with low maintenance and long media life.
