It filters particles through a stainless steel mesh (125 μm or 2 mm), supported by either PVC or stainless steel depending on the chosen filtration grade. Cleaning is performed manually using an integrated internal brush, allowing debris to be removed without disassembling the unit. This design reduces downtime and simplifies maintenance. The filter features an in-line configuration and various connection types (threaded, grooved), ensuring easy integration into existing pipeline systems. Its carbon steel body is treated with surface blasting and finished with an epoxy-polyester powder coating, offering excellent corrosion resistance. Available in DN-50 to DN-150 inlet/outlet sizes, it handles pressures up to 10 bar and fluid temperatures up to 50 °C. With a large filtration surface and low head loss, the FYLCM delivers continuous performance and high flow capacity, making it ideal for demanding operational conditions with minimal service requirements.
