Y-pattern cyclone-effect metal filter, ideal for pre-separation of solids in agricultural and industrial systems. Maximum efficiency with minimal head loss.
The FYCIC cyclone-effect Y-pattern steel filter is designed to deliver an efficient and economical solution for agricultural and industrial systems. Its internal helical flow pattern enhances the pre-retention of solid particles before they reach the filtration mesh, reducing maintenance frequency and extending filter life.
Filtration is achieved through a stainless steel mesh, available with PVC support (125 µm) or full AISI-304 construction (2 mm), ensuring a large filtering surface with minimal head loss. The cleaning process is manual by default but can be automated to suit operational needs.
The filter housing is made of carbon steel, blasted and coated with epoxy-polyester paint for excellent corrosion resistance. It is available in inlet/outlet sizes from DN-50 to DN-250, withstanding pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures up to 50 °C.
With threaded or grooved connection options and an in-line design, the FYCIC is a versatile and highly effective choice for systems requiring pre-filtration of coarse solids.
Cyclone-effect Y filter for effective preliminary filtration
The FYCIC filter delivers efficient, straightforward operation—ideal for systems requiring coarse particle separation before fine filtration.
Its cyclone flow boosts performance by removing solids through centrifugal force, reducing strain on the filter mesh.
Manual maintenance is quick and allows full control without disassembly, ensuring minimal downtime.
