Suitable for frying potato sticks (french fries) or slices (crisps) and other vegetables (sliced aubergines and courgettes, sliced onions, peppers, peaches, slices of meat) in oil or for battering.

• stainless steel product feed belt
• automatic system with oil supply
• variable working temperature: 170°C (variable)
• oil recycling pump with connections
• automatic temperature control instrumentation
• variable belt speed by means of an inverter
• electrical panel with connections
• oil heating system according to request (electric, gas, diathermic oil)
It can also be used for cooking in boiling water.
