Strograph AE, a fully automatic tensile tester, is designed to conduct tests on rubbers and flexible plastics.
The sample tray and specimen feeding system are developed by employing unprecedented ideas and focusing on its small footprint design.
The tester comprises specimen magazine unit, and thickness measuring unit, specimen feeding and measuring unit, contact type extensometer, specimen removing and data processing PC.
Once specimens are mounted on the tray in the magazine unit, the designated processes are automatically continuously implemented to perform tensile tests under the set testing conditions.
The test data is transferred to the software, allowing the user to manage it for analysis.

Features & Benefits
• Allowing the user to mount specimens on the pullout sample tray,
• Enabling the user to mount specimens on the test complete tray during tests,
• Making it possible for the user to interrupt to set specimens even during tests,
• Shortening a test time duration with the high-speed return of the cross head, and,
• Availability of extensometer (following with a CCD camera), tray capable of mounting 50 shelves (up to 300 pcs of specimens), and specimen holder preventing specimens from getting stuck to linear gauge’s indenter.
