Description

Material: Neoprene impregnated polyester fabric Wall thickness: 0.8 mm Reinforcement: Steel wire helix Flexible hose designed to remove and transfer fumes, air and gases, also in high temperature conditions. Flame retardant, resistant to chemicals and UV. Remains flexible in very low temperatures. Flexible ducting and ventilation hoses used for the extraction and transfer of fumes, vapours, air exhausts and gases at high and very high temperatures. Extensively used in the iron and steel industry, automotive industry, aviation industry, shipbuilding industry, chemical industry. Made of fabric (usually fibreglass fabric) coated with e.g. neoprene or silicone and reinforced with steel wire helix or steel strip helix (CLIP type hoses). Working temperature ranges from very low up to 1000°C and above. Oil-resistant hoses and flame retardant hoses are also available.
