Overview
The PRV-1A is a pilot-operated pressure reducing valve designed for pressure control on sprinkler systems, hose connections and water-filled pipe networks. It reduces a higher inlet pressure to a controlled lower delivery pressure and maintains the outlet set pressure (static and residual) within a narrow range despite fluctuations in supply pressure or flow. The valve uses the DV-5A diaphragm body and is available in flange-by-flange and grooved-by-grooved end connections. The factory outlet set pressure is approximately 125 psi.
