Description
Manual painting plants are dedicated painting units designed for companies with low production volumes or for prototyping. Built to industrial standards, they include the necessary accessories to perform safe painting operations in compliance with current regulations.

The painting laboratories consist of:

• Aqueous detergent ultrasonic washing module
• Closed-circuit water treatment system
• Forced-air paint drying and curing oven
• Manual dry painting booth with double filtration
• Electrostatic paint spray gun

Ultrasonic Cleaning Module
Constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, this double-walled tank is designed for cleaning small components by immersion using frames. Typical wash cycle:

• Ultrasonic cleaning with a hot alkaline solution (60 °C)
• Rinse with partially renewed mains water at ambient temperature
• Rinse with mains water at ambient temperature
• Rinse with ultra-demineralized water at ambient temperature
• Drying with hot air

Water treatment system
Treats rinse water for reuse and produces the ultra-demineralized water required for painting operations.

Spray Booth
Self-contained unit with high-efficiency dry filtration, manufactured from assembled modular components.

Oven
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, it enables drying and curing of paint through continuous circulation of overheated air.

Electrostatic spray gun
Provides high-quality coating with low paint consumption. Supplied with air supply hose and paint pressure vessel.
