Non-destructive breakaway coupling in pressure-balanced design for hydrogen gas (350 NF / HF and 700 NF bar resp. 5,000 NF / HF and 10,000 NF psi technology) Breakaway couplings from WALTHER_PRÄZISION’s HG series disconnect fully automatically and non-destructively when a predetermined separation force is exceeded. Thanks to their flexible suspension design, almost any tear-off angle can be realised. The valves close immediately and automatically during emergency disconnection and thus reliably prevent the fluid from escaping from the separated pipe sections. After an emergency disconnection, the couplings can be reconnected immediately and without repair.
