Quick couplings for compressed air safety with pressure controlled unlocking devices prevent an early release of the coupling. Only after reduction of the working pressure to below approx. 1,5 bar the fitting can be disconnected mechanically. This technical version does not allow any operating error, i. e. the dangerous „whip effect“ is avoided. Materials: coupling housing: nickel-plated brass, crank disc: nickel-plated brass Special Features / Options: compressed air safety coupling for high flow rates (free pass when valve is opened) Unlocking only possible with low residual pressure (this avoids the dangerous whip effect completely)
