Tablet coating machine (also referred to as pill coating machine or conventional coating pan) engineered for laboratory to production-scale coating of tablets and pills. Custom-built cGMP models feature precision spray systems, controlled drying, and hygienic construction to ensure uniform coating, minimal coating losses and high process efficiency.

• 48 inch model: Large-scale batch production (typical output 1000–1500 kg/day).

• VFD-controlled pan speed and digital PID-based inlet air temperature control.
• Control panel features: main power on/off, pan on/off & speed control, blower on/off, heater on/off, peristaltic pump on/off, solution tank stirrer on/off.
• Real-time display of pan RPM and temperature; process monitoring and overload protection.
• Emergency stop (mushroom type) and electrical design per applicable safety standards.

Air Handling & Filtration

• Optimized air handling system with pre-filtration; HEPA filtration available as an optional upgrade for higher GMP requirements.
• Integrated hot air blower; optional exhaust blower and wet scrubber to control particulate and fumes.
