V Cone Blender (also called V Blender or V Cone Mixer) designed for uniform, low-shear and contamination-minimised blending of dry powders and granules. Suitable for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food and chemical industries. Available from laboratory R&D units to production-scale machines with GMP-compliant construction.

Working Principle
The V Cone Blender uses a tumbling/diffusion principle: the V-shaped vessel rotates about a horizontal axis so material continuously splits and recombines, promoting diffusion-based mixing. This yields homogeneous blends with minimal shear and no internal agitators, reducing contamination risk and product degradation.
