Description

Overview
Twin Shell Blender machine efficiently mixes powders and granules for pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemicals, cosmetics and related industries. It features a V-shaped mixing chamber composed of two hollow cylindrical shells joined at an angle (75°–90°) and operates on a diffusion mechanism. Typical mixing time ranges from 10 to 15 minutes depending on material characteristics. The machine is designed for gentle, medium-speed blending to minimize dusting and product degradation.

Operation & Performance Notes
Operation is by medium-speed rotation with diffusion action—materials are continuously split and recombined to ensure uniform mixing. Mixing time typically 10–15 minutes depending on bulk density and particle size distribution. Loading/unloading is performed via two top openings and discharge via butterfly valve options. The machine can be supplied with automation options (PLC + HMI) or manual controls.
