Engineered vibro sifter machines designed for efficient screening, grading and separation of powders and granules. Precision-balanced vibration ensures consistent particle distribution, high throughput and contamination-free processing suitable for cGMP-regulated environments.
Capacity range from 12" laboratory models to 48" industrial units. Constructed with SS304 frames and SS316/SS316L product-contact parts. Low-noise, low-maintenance and easy-clean design.
Key Features
Precision-balanced vibratory motion for accurate screening, de-lumping and grading.
Uniform vibration across the screen surface for consistent separation and high efficiency.
cGMP-compliant construction with SS316L product-contact components and smooth, crevice-free surfaces.
Leak-proof, 100% silicone-coated sifter screens to prevent material loss and cross-contamination.
Multi-deck configurations available to separate into multiple fractions simultaneously.
Quick-release clamps and modular screens for tool-free access, fast cleaning and reduced downtime.
Optimised vibration motor design for energy-efficient continuous operation.
Models and Typical Applications
Laboratory scale vibro sifter (12", 20" & 24"): compact portable units for R&D, trial batches, product development and sampling.
30" vibro sifter: cGMP model for small to medium production batches (up to ~100 kg/hr).
36" vibro sifter: mid-capacity model for continuous production (up to ~200 kg/hr).
48" vibro sifter: heavy-duty industrial model for high-throughput screening (up to ~500 kg/hr).
Working Principle
Material is fed into the sifter through the feed inlet.
A precision-balanced vibratory motor generates controlled vibration, moving material across the screen surface.
Fine particles pass through mesh openings while oversize particles are retained on the screen.
Separated fractions are discharged through dedicated outlets, enabling accurate screening, grading and sorting.
Capacity range: laboratory 10–30 kg/hr; 30" up to ~100 kg/hr; 36" up to ~200 kg/hr; 48" up to ~500 kg/hr (dependent on material and mesh).
Product contact materials: SS316L (cGMP models).
Non-contact construction: SS304 or mild steel cladded with SS304.
Motor options: lab models 0.5 HP (three-phase); 30" 0.5 HP; 36" 1 HP; 48" 2 HP (three-phase motors selected for stable vibration and efficiency).
Standard decks: 2 (multi-deck available on request).
Sifter screen: leak-proof, 100% silicone-coated sieve for hygienic operation.
Typical dimensions and weights vary by model; refer to technical table for indicative values.
Warranty: standard 12 months (indicative).
Notes
Specifications are indicative and may vary with material characteristics, mesh size, number of decks and customization requests.
Machines available in cGMP and non-GMP variants; product-contact parts typically SS316L while non-contact parts use SS304 or MS cladded with SS304. Multi-deck and custom configurations can be supplied on request.
