Description

Product Overview
UHV-430 switchgear test bench designed for manufacturers of high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) switchgear to perform factory power-on and functional tests. The bench supplies multiple built-in AC and DC outputs to simulate operational conditions, verify protections and controls, and streamline pre-delivery inspections.

Product Details
The test bench integrates several fixed and adjustable AC/DC outputs and includes connection terminals and sockets for direct wiring to switchgear panels. Product images and a demonstration video are provided on the product page to illustrate typical setups and wiring methods.

Technical parameters (table)
Power supply: Three-phase four-wire AC 380 V

Features
  • Integrated multiple AC and DC power supplies to support power-on and functional tests for HV and LV switchgear.
  • Direct connection points (sockets and terminals) for rapid panel wiring and verification.
  • Compact footprint suitable for factory test lines and test benches.

Technical specifications
  • Model: UHV-430
  • Input power: Three-phase four-wire AC 380 V
  • Main outputs: Three-phase AC 100 V (fixed) / Three-phase AC 0–10 A (100 V, adjustable) / AC 0–400 V (variable) / DC 0–260 V
  • Additional outputs: Single-phase AC 220 V (sockets, 2 groups) / Three-phase AC 380 V (terminals, 1 group) / DC fixed voltages 24 V, 36 V, 110 V, 220 V
  • Dimensions (W×D×H): 550 × 750 × 800 mm
  • Weight: 45 kg

Practical application
  • The power on test bench is mainly used for factory testing, engineering acceptance, maintenance and repair of switchgear. For example, before leaving the factory, power on testing can detect wiring errors, component failures, or control logic abnormalities, avoiding problematic products from entering the market; During the engineering acceptance stage, it can be verified whether the equipment installation is correct; During the operation and maintenance process, it can also be used for troubleshooting and functional recovery testing.

Effect
  • The high and low voltage switchgear power test bench is a specialized testing platform that provides simulated operating power for switchgear. It comprehensively tests its control circuit, protective devices, indicating instruments, and interlocking functions by inputting specified voltage and current to the tested switchgear. Simply put, it is to verify whether the equipment can work properly through "power on operation" before leaving the factory or being put into operation.

Product Instructions:
  • 1. Connect three-phase four wire AC380V
  • 2. Connect the output DC300V to the load
  • 3. Rotate the output adjustment knob counterclockwise to zero position.
  • 4. Check and confirm that the wiring is correct
  • 5. Close the power switch
  • 6. Slowly adjust the output adjustment knob to raise the voltage to the appropriate value.
  • 7. After the experiment is completed, first rotate the output adjustment knob counterclockwise to zero position, then disconnect the power switch, and wait for the discharge to be completed before starting to disconnect the wire.
