Boron nitride (BN) ceramic evaporation boat sets are designed for thermal vacuum evaporation processes. The main body is manufactured from 99% boron nitride and supplied with a reusable tungsten basket. The BN boat functions as a specialized thermal evaporation container, equivalent to an internally heated ceramic evaporation vessel, and is suitable for complete evaporation of a wide range of metals.
