Product overviewThe Alumina Crucible (Al2O3 ≥99%) is a dense, yellow ceramic vessel engineered for high-temperature industrial processes. It combines excellent heat resistance, mechanical strength and thermal-shock stability, making it suitable for sintering, material processing and containment of molten metals. The crucible also provides reliable electrical insulation and chemical stability in oxidizing and reducing atmospheres.
Key features- Al2O3 composition ≥99% for high refractoriness
- Excellent heat resistance and retained strength at elevated temperature
- High mechanical strength and rigidity
- Good thermal conductivity and strong thermal shock resistance
- Chemical and corrosion resistance to molten metals and aggressive media at high temperature
- Stable in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres
- Good electrical insulation at elevated temperature
Applications- Processing of piezoelectric, dielectric and other electronic-ceramic component materials
- Positive electrode material processing
- PZT material sintering and handling
