Product Overview:INNOVACERA’s ZTA ceramic composite pump cylinder liner is a core wear-resistant component for the hydraulic end of mud pumps, designed for extreme conditions such as oil & gas drilling and shale gas fracturing. The liner uses a composite structure of metal shell + ZTA (zirconia toughened alumina) ceramic liner, combining metal toughness with ceramic hardness. Compared with conventional dual-metal liners, it offers markedly improved wear and corrosion resistance to extend equipment life in high-pressure, high-sand-content mud environments. The micrometer-level precision inner bore machining also protects piston seals, helping drilling operations reduce maintenance and increase uptime.
Advantages:- Extended service life: ZTA ceramic provides very high hardness and superior wear resistance versus standard metal liners, reducing replacement frequency.
- High impact resistance: Composite structure combines metal toughness and ceramic hardness to withstand high-pressure reciprocating impacts.
- Precise sealing: Inner bore machined to micrometer accuracy with high surface finish to protect piston sealing components, reduce leakage and improve pump efficiency.
- Corrosion and temperature resistance: Resistant to erosion from sand-laden drilling fluids and temperature variations from frequent start/stop cycles.
