Product descriptionInnovacera manufactures ceramic inkcup rings for pad printing machines. These rings, typically made from zirconia (primary) or alumina, act as the ink blade (ring blade) within the ink cup assembly. Shapes are usually ring or oval ring and they serve as replaceable sealing/blade components for the oil cup.
Application / FunctionUsed on pad printing equipment for printing on plastics, toys, glass, metal, ceramics, electronics and IC seals. The ink cup functions as the ink reservoir: the blade contained in the ring controls ink transfer to the pad. Different pad printing machine manufacturers use varying oil cup sizes; Innovacera can produce standard and non-standard ceramic rings to customer specifications.
