The CPD Clamp-on Flow Sensor / Flow Meter OverviewThe CPD series clamp-on ultrasonic flow sensors are compact, non-invasive flow meters with an integrated display and embedded electronics.
The CPD flow sensor can be clamped onto the rigid plastic tubing and provide accurate flow-rate measurement (±2% RD) while detecting bubbles and large solid particles.
The non-contact design prevents contamination of the measured fluid.
Support measurement of water, pure water, cleaning water, acids, chemicals, CMP slurry, oil, beverages and alcohols.
Suitable for hygiene-critical and automated process applications such as wafer production, medical devices and industrial automation.
