Micro Flow Sensor / Flow Meter

Overview
The TGU series inline ultrasonic flow sensors are compact, self-contained low-flow measurement units with a U-shaped PEEK flow channel that accepts flexible tubing via 1/8" NPT barb adapters. They provide ultra-low flow measurement with high accuracy and multiple integration outputs for laboratory, bioprocessing and industrial systems. Measurable 0.1ml/min micro flow rate.
