These heavy-duty units are fitted with a Yamada 250 series Air OperatedTM pump. Combined with an air operated two-post lift and Ram Inductor system, this extrusion pump highly viscous material from 200-liter drum. Yamada 250 series pump is ideal for large volume transfer of high viscosity material and is capable of producing high discharge pressure to a system with many discharge points. The Yamada 250 series pump, which produces the lowest noise levels in its class with an average 10% noise reduction compared to our previous models, offers packing seal model that is suitable for grease and metal seal model that is suitable for adhesive and other materials. Packing seal model comes with oil resistant rubber gland seal and NBR flat wiper type inductor plate. Metal seal model comes with metal gland seal and FKM hose wiper type inductor plate. The unit automatically lowers as the containers contents are removed and is fitted with a material sensor which if connected to a buzzer etc can be used as a low level alarm. The bottom of the inductor plate is fitted with punching plate, and is capable of taking up even the smallest remaining contents making this unit very economically and environmentally friendly(packing seal model only).
