Product Overview
The magnet drive principle of the MPB150 micro magnetic drive gear pump provides a completely sealed pump chamber. No pulsation, no leakage, low noise, high performance, compact size, long lifespan. Designed to meet working conditions around 10-15 L/min flow rate and 0.5-8 bar differential pressure.

Materials & Applications
Gears: PEEK. Housing and gear shaft: premium 316L stainless steel (alternative options: 304, PPS). Sealing material: static O-ring FKM or PTFE (FKM: stronger wear resistance and higher temperature performance; PTFE: stronger acid/alkali and corrosion resistance). Power transmission via internal/external magnetic coupling for leak-free conveyance. Applicable media examples: deionized water, methanol, urea solution, kerosene, additives, lubricating oil, lye, ammonia solution, cobalt solution, dialysate, ethylene glycol, freon, ink, glycerin, phenolic resin, curing agent, fragrance essence, fluorinated liquids and other fluids requiring precise, contamination-free pumping.
