Product Overview
The magnet-drive MPB1000 micro magnetic gear pump provides a fully sealed pump chamber with no pulsation, no leakage and low noise. Compact and high-performance, it is designed for precise metering and continuous transfer. Typical operating range: flows up to 100 L/min (model-dependent) and differential pressures from 0.5 to 5 bar for larger models.

    Helical gears provide continuous, pulse-free fluid transport. With servo or stepper motor control, delivery accuracy can reach ±0.5%.

Description
The MPB1000 is part of the MPB series of micro magnetic gear pumps. Standard gear material is PEEK; housing and shafts are available in 316L stainless steel and other options. Power is transmitted via internal/external magnetic coupling to ensure leak-free operation. The pump suits applications requiring precise flow control, high purity and non-contamination in chemical dosing, lubrication, cooling and laboratory systems.
