Overview
The MPB060 is a micro magnetic-drive gear pump featuring a fully sealed pump chamber. The magnetic coupling removes shaft penetration and external leakage risk, delivering smooth, pulse-free fluid transfer with low noise and a compact footprint. Designed for flows in the 3–6 L/min range and typical micro gear pump pressure differentials.

Materials and Seals
Gears: PEEK (high-performance engineering plastic). Pump housing and shafts: options include 316L stainless steel, 304 stainless steel or PPS. Seals: static O-ring in FKM (fluoroelastomer) or PTFE; FKM provides superior wear and temperature resistance, PTFE offers greater chemical and corrosion resistance. Power transmission via internal/external magnetic coupling ensures leak-free conveyance.

Applications
Suitable for precise flow control, high-purity and contamination-sensitive processes. Typical pumped media: deionized water, methanol, urea solution, kerosene, additives, lubricating oil, caustic solutions, ammonia solution, cobalt solution, dialysate, ethylene glycol, freon, ink, glycerin, phenolic resin, curing agent, fragrances, fluorinated liquids.
