OverviewThe magnetic drive principle of the MPB003 micro magnetic gear pump provides a completely sealed pump chamber. No pulsation, no leakage, low noise, compact size and long operational life. Designed to operate in the flow range 5–300 ml/min and differential pressures from 0.5 to 20 bar.

Materials and ConstructionMPB003 series micro magnetic gear pumps: gears made of high-performance engineering plastic PEEK; housing and shaft options: 304 or 316L stainless steel; sealing options: static O-ring FKM or PTFE. Power transmission via internal/external magnetic coupling ensures leak-free conveyance. Suitable for precise flow control, high-purity and contamination-sensitive liquid handling such as micro-transfer, dosing, lubrication, spraying, dispensing, sampling, coding, boosting, circulation, coating, painting and metering.
