Description

Overview
The MPB030 micro magnetic-drive gear pump features a fully sealed pumping chamber using magnetic coupling. It delivers virtually pulse-free, leak-free fluid transfer with low noise and compact dimensions. Designed for applications requiring approximately 1.5–3 L/min flow and differential pressures in the 0.5–18 bar range.

Materials & Applications
MPB030 pumps use PEEK gears with housings and shaft options in 316L stainless steel, 304, PPS or other custom materials. Seals: static O-ring in FKM or PTFE (FKM for improved wear and temperature resistance; PTFE for enhanced chemical resistance). Power is transmitted by internal/external magnetic coupling for leak-free transfer. Typical applications: precision micro-transfer, dosing, lubrication, spraying, dispensing, sampling, coding, boosting, circulation, coating, painting and metering systems.
