The MPB series micro magnetic gear pump uses a magnetic drive to create a fully sealed pump chamber, ensuring leak-free fluid transfer with minimal pulsation and low noise. Available across a wide range of displacements, the MPB100 delivers 3.60 ml/rev with a maximum flow of 10 L/min. Materials and seal options make the series suitable for high-purity and corrosive media.

    Helical gear design provides continuous, metered flow; with servo or stepper drive, delivery accuracy can reach ±0.5%.

Series description
MPB micro magnetic gear pumps are designed for precise flow control and contamination-sensitive applications. Gears use high-performance PEEK engineering plastic; housings and shafts are available in 316L stainless steel or 304 stainless steel, with PPS as an alternative body material. Seal options: FKM for wear and temperature resistance, PTFE for superior chemical resistance. Magnetic internal/external coupling ensures leak-free power transmission.

Typical applications
Suitable for deionized water, methanol, urea solution, kerosene, additives, lubricants, alkaline/acid solutions, ammonia solution, cobalt solutions, dialysate, ethylene glycol, refrigerants, inks, glycerin, phenolic resins, curing agents, fragrances, and fluorinated liquids.
