We introduced the GL-3 transmitter as an addition to our GL system. The GL-3 offers enough room to accommodate text or graphics feedback from the machine along with the control joysticks and switches. All of the above without increasing the overall dimensions and maintaining the benefit of the GL transmitter.
The feedback feature comes in handy when the operation of a machine and its safety depend on exact information from the machine to the operator. Some of the most popular feedback on cranes are load weight, boom angle etc.

Lynx - radio remote control with duplex control
Lynx is a radio remote control system with duplex functions. The system is developed for users who require feedback from their application or equipment, e.g. from a machine application or a sensor of some kind. Both the system's hand controlled and stationary unit use duplex, a so-called two-way communication. It operates on the 2.4 GHz band with a total of 16 optional channels, and it is accepted all over the world. Lynx communicates via serial communication (RS232, RS485, modbus) with your PC or PLC. A certain software development is required to ensure the communication between your PC or PLC to work.

The Tyro Pyxis, the advanced and versatile hand-held transmitter
The hand-held transmitters of the Tyro Pyxis range have for years proven that they are very powerful, flexible and reliable. They offer many extra possibilities such as for example locking keys or additional functions if the controls are held down. The emergency stop function can be introduced by means of a separate switch from the PLC or is available as an option. The Tyro Pyxis hand-held transmitters stand out, amongst other things due to the particularly short reaction time and they come standard with a back-lit keyboard that facilitates use in the dark or in bad weather. The Tyro Pyxis hand-held transmitters are particularly safe because, just like all the other Tyro products, they have been tested and certified at a very high level. They distinguish themselves from the products of other suppliers for example because they are permitted in the automotive sector, where the official E11certificate is compulsory. The four-fold version of the Tyro Pyxis is different because the keyboard is available in two versions. On the one hand, the keyboard can be equipped with keys and on the other hand it is possible to equip the hand-held transmitters with sliding controls for proportional operation that makes continuously variable functioning possible.
Continuously variable operation possible by means of sliding controls
Guaranteed safety (EMC/E11 Certificate/R&TTE/CE)
Ergonomic design, impact-resistant and shockproof

STB Self-Checking Touch Buttons
The STB Self-checking Optical Touch Button is a photoelectric-based, manual activation device designed to provide an ergonomic alternative to conventional mechanical push buttons and palm buttons.
The STB creates a pulsed infrared beam that spans its touch zone. The buttons switch when their light beam is broken by a simple insertion of a finger.
No pushing is necessary, eliminating the hand, wrist and arm stresses that may result from repeated push button operation.
This reduces harmful tendon, nerve and neurovascular disorders.
Duo-Touch® SG Two-hand Control Safety Modules
This new two-hand-control safety module is designed to verify proper operations of two-hand-control devices, for increased control reliability in anti-tiedown applications.
The DUO-TOUCH SG uses a diverse-redundant microcontroller circuit to monitor one normally-open and one normally-closed contact set on each hand control device.
If either device is released, the DUO-TOUCH SG cancels its output signal.

Safeball, a unique world wide control device at the highest safety level (cat. lllc as two-hand device with safety relay JSBR4 according to EN 574). The ergonomic shape fits all hands and gives many gripping possibilities. the safety being acheived with two switches in each ball, dual safety in each hand. There is also no need for a top cover. Safeball is connected to a safety relay or a safety PLC Pluto which gives a stop signal as soon as one or more switches are released. It also monitors that all buttons have been released and that they have been activated simultanously within 0.5 seconds for a new start. Safeball can also be used as a one-hand device.

Two-hand control panels are protection devices, which require the simultaneous use of both hands for their actuation. By virtue of their forced location, both hands are kept out of the area of danger. In order to start and continue the operation of a machine or plant which can be dangerous, the location of the hands is controlled as long as danger can continue to be present.
The two-hand control panels are mounted as standard with an Emergency Stop push button to EN 418 and two operating units. In addition, there are guard hoods over the operating elements, which prevent simple manipulation of the protection function using hands, elbows, stomach, hips, thighs or knees, for example.
EN 574 differentiates between various types of two-hand switching circuits with regard to their technical degree of control security. In this respect, the selection of the type depends on the evaluation and the risk assessment.

TWO-HANDS COMMAND
Two-hand commands are designed with sturdy lateral guards, relieving the function of protection, providing a valid support to the wrist of the operator avoiding physical damage like carpal tunnel syndrome and intrusion of foreign bodies. The range includes a comprehensive offer of supports for a variety of ground or wall fixed pulpit systems.
The palm actuators, to command and control electrical circuits, are designed for energy or emergency uses. Produced in thermoplastic anti-shock resin with metallic parts in stainless steel, they can be installed in particularly damp or corrosive atmospheres and where there is danger of electrostatic discharges. The portable unit is designed to satisfy ergonomic, safety and reliability requirements. This type of appliance is used ideally in numeric control automation systems and in applications with industrial robots. The dimensions of the upper part permit different configurations of operators, while in the lower part, used as a grip, it is possible to set up membrane keyboards; on the sides it is possible to install anti-panic buttons. The characteristic shape of the push-button panel has been designed to protect operators (also in the case of selector switches with key inserted) from knocks or shocks.
