| The KTC system is used to create a high-speed, high-safety wireless link for up to 20 commands or status signals. Inputs connected to the transmitter are output at the receiver with a response time of < 100ms. The system may be used for the transmission of status or alarm signals, or connected to a control panel for remote control of a machine. A fail-safe STOP command and a START command are also provided to allow the construction of full-safety remote control systems using conventional control panels - but wireless. |
|
| The M8 transmitter is designed for mounting on a DIN rail, and is the ideal solution for applications requiring wireless transmission for on/off and/or proportional commands coming from sensors or RS232 and RS485 ports. The DIN rail mounted transmitter should be placed inside a control box for clean and trouble free installation, and is supplied complete with an external antenna for the radio communication. In addition to the 21 on/off + 4 proportional commands, Start, Stop and Frequency Change input are available as for traditional radio control commands. |
|
The Light series pushbutton handsets are distinguished by their low weight (420g including battery) and their small dimensions (185x80x43mm.). Much emphasis has been placed on the operator comfort in high-usage applications - the transmitter's weight distribution, key and clip systems are all ergonomically designed. The system uses light weight Ni-Mh rechargeable batteries, which power the transmitter for up to 12 continuous hours and recharge in 4 hours in an intelligent charger. Each system is supplied complete with 2 batteries and a charger. The system is fail-safe to Category 3 of EN 954-1 for Stop.

| T50-Cheetah GSM1 transmits via the mobile phone network, which means that it has a largely unlimited range. It can be used advantageously for applications where there is a requirement for longer range, e.g. to control heating and lighting, alarms indicating faults, to mention a few. It supports the EGSM 900, DCS 1800 and PCS 1900 mobile networks, i.e. triple band. GSM1 communicates with a mobile phone either via a telephone call or via a coded text message. |

SmaRT wireless is the latest wireless control development from Cervis. These system utilize state-900MHz and 2.4GHz DSSS transceiver RF communication standard allowing for feedback to operators via three tri-colored LEDs on each handheld or LCD display options. Handheld units are available in 2, 4, 6, 18 and proportional pistol grip models and are designed to meet the environmental and durability requirements of your application.
What's SmaRT about these controls? It's simple; the SmaRT wireless products have been designed to be fully programmable taking on the characteristics of a mini PLC in order to serve the growing complexity of applications while providing sensitivity to the cost challenges of OEMs. Base unit input/output logic is programable with latching, momentary, timed, sequenced, CAN and PWM features. Additionally, base units can utilize their I/O capability and tranceiving RF protocal to preform as stand alone contact/sensor monitors.
Hand Held General Specifications
- 906-924 MHz; 2.4 GHz Option
- DSSS (Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum)
- Internal Antenna
- Operating Temp. -20 to +55 degrees C
- IP65 and IP67 Integrity
Handheld control can be progammed as PTO, DO or OO for pushbutton units.
- PTO - Push to Operate where the handheld transmits RF signal only when a function button is pressed
- DO - Dedicated ON/OFF button where the handheld must be turned on by the ON/OFF button prior to any function buttons allowing output activation. Typically, a programable inactivity timer is enabled to conserve battery life while in this mode.
- OO - Dedicated ON and Dedicated OFF button where the handheld utilizes independent ON and OFF buttons and the handheld must be turned ON prior to any function buttons allowing output activation. Typically, a programable inactivity timer is enabled to conserve battery life while in this made. |

Our Hand Held (HH) systems are designed with the primary focus on applications which require a single hand operation. The easy to use transmitters fit right in the palm of the operator's hand and are light-weight, yet very sturdy.
The push button versions are ideal for, but not limited to control hoists and monorail systems.
The toggle switch versions are mainly used for smaller sized service and telescopic cranes. In addition to digital switches, it offers a single proportional output. This proportional output is activated by a trigger or a potentiometer on the transmitter. |

| Control Chief's Raymote® infrared technology offers wireless remote control without radio interference because of this there is no need for FCC license. Raymote® systems use infrared light that provide line of sight safety. Raymote® systems can be operated side by side without cross talk interference. For correct use of this infrared technology it is necessary to use a transmitter (style options available), an infrared sensor, and an interface module. |

The MJ joystick controller allows the operator freedom not possible with pendant cables or fixed control panels. Versions are available with 14 to 20 channels (not including START and STOP). The transmitter may be fitted with 2 or 3 Joysticks plus toggle switches, or toggle switches only. A Data Feedback option is also available.

PRO-M
The PRO-M is a fully-proportional controller optimized for use on mobile machines. The receiver is extremely compact to fit into the limited space available on vehicles. The wide-range power supply suits either 12V or 24V vehicles, and copes easily with the harsh electrical conditions encountered. The transmitter may be fitted with up to 3 dual-axis joysticks, or 6 single-axis paddles as well as up to 12 discrete commands. The proportional outputs may directly drive either voltage or current-controlled valves, and are programmed from the transmitter using a sophisticated teach-in mechanism that can be disabled to prevent tampering.
PRO-M + KSI
The PRO-M controller may be retrofitted to machines without electro-valves with the use of the KSI control kit. The kit comprises a small self-contained hydraulic system comprising a pump, tank, filter, and proportional actuators. These small actuators connect to the control shafts of the main machine valves, and allow fully-proportional control without the cost and complexity of upgrading the main hydraulic controls.
