For straightness measurement of bores and bearing journals, both in production and in the field. Very stable construction for highest measurement accuracy. Measures both open and closed bearing pockets with equal simplicity. Handles up to 150 measurement positions.
Typical applications: Crankshaft and camshaft bearings in diesel engines, bearing journals and hull penetrations in propeller shaft installations, workpiece positioning in machine tools.

CAD-PRO 3D are optimized for laser template projection on curved surfaces.
Working with complex surfaces requires 3D display calculation. CAD-PRO 3D laser projectors are equipped with special hardware, high-speed firmware and 3D software to meet this challenge.
For large area projection, several projectors may be combined. They serve bordering projection areas with flexible overlap. Load balancing distributes the projection according to area and reach of the joined projectors.
Maintenance or defect is no reason for production downtimes: LAP CAD-PRO are small, light-weight and only connected by one cable. Your personnel may change a projector within minutes, helped by the one-screw tilt bracket and scaffolds with lowering mechanism.

CAD-PRO 2D laser projectors are optimized for projection on flat surfaces.
LAP laser projectors can be equipped with either one or two laser sources. You may select red, green or multicolor (red, green and yellow) projection.
CAD-PRO 2D display templates or outlines from CAD data. Display to correct scale is given by calibration, using targets at previously measured positions.
Large area projection is done with several projectors positioned side by side. Load balancing is included in PRO-SOFT display software.

Easy-Laser® shaft alignment systems has all the programs and functions you could want for the alignment of rotating machines. The EasyTurn™ program allows alignment with as little as 40° rotation of the shafts. Functions for compensation of thermal growth, alignment tolerance check and reference foot locking. Fixturlaser GO Features
Several of its features are adopted from the innovative Fixturlaser XA system, which will reduce the time spent on pre-alignment actions, measurement registration, performing the actual alignment, remeasuring to make certain that you have a correctly aligned machine; and, finally, documenting the measurement data.
The pre-mounted fixtures speed up mounting and packing of the fixtures.
Other characteristics facilitating the handling of the system are the icon based user interface, a typical Fixturlaser trademark, now used in our systems for more than 15 years.
The measurements can be transferred to a PC by connecting the display unit to the USB connection. When connected the display unit appears as a mass storage device in your PC. Files are then easily transferred using the Explorer on the PC.
The CCD technology used in the measurement units’ extra large detector area (30 mm)minimizes or, in most cases, eliminates the need for rough alignment. This technology also makes it possible to suppress ambient light and it rejects side spots that might interfere with the accuracy of the measurement values.
Line laser combined with the CCD, renders the laser adjustment easier than ever. The measurement units will always be in the right position sideways, and vertical adjustments are easily done by unsnapping the measurement units’ snap-on fixtures.
The three LED lights on the display unit indicate whether the couplings are within tolerance (green light), within double tolerance (orange light), or out of double tolerance (red).

Fast, Easy, Precise
The Fixturlaser Dirigo features a unique laser line instead of the traditional laser dot. This makes setup and alignment much easier, as the line is wide and is easily projected to the laser detector.
The Fixturlaser Dirigo also features graduated labels on the laser heads that work with the laser lines, to help the operator "visualize" the misalignment condition. This visual cue reinforces the digital values that are displayed on the unit, and makes evaluation and correction of misalignment an easier process. This is very useful when performing rough alignment. The alignment data is continuously updated. All movements of the motor are simultaneously displayed on the screen. The measurement results are displayed with a resolution of 0,01 mm. As you shim or move the machine, the values will be updated to let you know exactly where you are at each step of the way. This means no more guessing about the shim amount, or how much to move a machine. With the Fixturlaser Dirigo laser alignment system there is no interpreting of the values as with dial indicators. The position sensitive detectors precisely measure the misalignment. The large LCD display clearly presents the position of the machinery being aligned.

Diode lasers of LAP LD Series are designed for industial applications.
They project spots or lines even visible in daylight. The optics, which produce a high quality collimated beam, can be focussed to adjust the spot size or line width to suit application and distance. Laser diode, collimating lens and electronic circuitry are housed in a strong cylindrical aluminium case.

A range of compact and affordable laser modules generating an accurate line or cross at 635nm or 650nm with uniform intensity distribution. The laser modules measure just 29mm in length, with a diameter of only 8mm and are extremely efficient and reliable.
They are ideal for the most demanding industrial and medical applications where space is at a premium, such as handheld instrumentation, targeting, alignment and machine vision.
These laser diode modules generate either a 70 degree full angle cross or a 58 degree or 88 degree full angle line, all factory focused at 1000mm. The focus can be set to other distances on request. The lens system produces an efficiently uniform intensity laser line.
At a visible wavelength of either 650nm or 635nm, these compact laser diode modules offer output powers of 0.9mW or 4mW with power stability of less than 5 per cent. Operating voltage is from 3V to 6V DC at an operating current of 30mA typ, (0.9mW) or 40mA typ, (4mW). Operating temperature range is -10 degrees Centigrade to +40 degrees Centigrade.
The laser modules consist of a brass housing, a laser diode, drive circuit and beam-shaping optics. Electrical connections are made via external flying leads. All modules have static, surge and reverse polarity circuit protection.

The whole alignment process is shown on the screen, using 3-D Macromedia Flash animations that are simple to comprehend and will give you an alignment jump-start when using Fixturlaser XA. Wireless data transfer
Wireless transmitters allow the elimination of wires connecting the transmitters-detectors to the display unit. Express mode
