Dynapac's range of small and medium-size vibratory rollers are used to compact all types of soil with the exception of rockfill. The rollers are suitable for most types of road construction, airfields, dam construction, harbour projects and industrial constructions. Heavy-size vibratory rollers are used for a very wide range of applications. The thickness and grade of the drum's steel are adapted for compacting rockfill, although vibratory rollers are also known for their excellent performance on other types of fill. A special version with a padfoot drum (PD) is available for compacting cohesive soils.

To ensure maximum quality, all VM Series machines are put through their paces during a two hour test run at the factory. The VM Series rollers offer high performance and reliability with maximum operating economy. Designed to be extremely versatile with two frequencies and amplitudes (except VM46) to match a wide range of soil conditions, as well as applications such as road building, car parks and general site preparation. All VM Series machines are capable of handling thick lifts of fill materials. Light tandem vibratory rollers
AV 1-2 rollers are the only ones in their class to offer full-flush compaction on the right and on the left, double traction at front and rear, and double vibration at front and rear. No wheel supports to obstruct compaction work up against kerbstones and walls. No need for subsequent compaction with smaller machines. Also available as a combination version.

SAKAI R2-1 Series (R2-1 & R2H-1) are built to incorporate the features of both the 3-wheel roller and tandem roller. The R2-1 rollers are applicable to base work as well as asphalt pavement. They work especially well on jobs where vibratory rollers are not applicable. such as bridge overlay and compaction of roads built top of existing underground structures.
The R2H-1 exerts high linear plessure and is the ideal roller for SUPERPAVE jobs, and is especially effective for increasing density below the tender zone temperature in which vibratory rollers are ineffective.

These models are lightweight for easy maneuvering, but engineered for heavy-duty work with hydraulic drive, articulated steering and tight clearance ability: 19" high curb clearance and 1.25" near walls and structures.
Ride-On Tandem Drum - Rammax
The Rammax line of AR-Series tandem rollers is available in static weight classes from 1.5-4 tons. These units offer double-drum drive and vibration for use on asphalt and soil/gravel sub-bases.

RD series double steel wheel full hydraulic vibrating road rollers :
- An unusual non-frame structure means that width of the steel wheel is wider than the width of the fuselage. Consequently, the machine can compact the barner structure and the working width can reach 2330 mm.
- Plus, the distance between the front and rear wheel in compaction can reach 200 mm, so it can compact the stone of a curb but not damage it.
- To ensure protection, the machine is outfitted with a larger watering tank, a third-phase filter system and an independent double-watering system.

The RW 1504 from Rammax is currently the most powerful trench roller available in this weight category. Based on our successful RW1404 (-HF) model, the RW 1504 (-HF) has been developed to expand the trench roller and universal compactor section of the RAMMAX range.
In terms of performance, functions and design, the new and advanced developments on these products incorporate all RAMMAX's experience as the leading manufacturer of vibratory trench rollers.
Compaction power has been raised from 71 kN to 82 kN. This has also increased the amplitude from 1.9 mm to 2.2 mm - so with these parameters, we achieve even higher compaction power than before on cohesive soils.
Model RW 1503 with its two independent control systems (cable and infrared) offers an attractive alternative. This feature guarantees that the machine is always ready to operate. Both systems allow unrestricted operation at a safe distance for the user.
