-The RC Conveyor concrete spreader are used in bridge paving and flat slab paving. It can spread in a width from 3 Mts. to 19 Mts.
-The RC Conveyor place concrete in front of the Paver Finisher by Divertar car. Divertar car speed and travel speed are variable and can be controlled from the operator's station

Mixing System
* Reaches 85% uniformity after only 15 seconds, 95% uniformity after 30 second.
* Approximately 30% of one mixing blade rotation is exposed to ear on the mixer trough bottom.

The NUVM 1.5 Compact volumetric mixer is flexible and therefore ideal for precast applications as a static unit, great for remote locations trailer mounted where it can be towed to site and reloaded, and invaluable for towns and cities when mounted on a 7.5t truck where access is a problem for larger mixers.
The NUVM1.25 can produce 1m³ within three minutes and can also be used to produce screed or mortar, with a constant production rate at any cement content.

GEARED ROLLOVER SKIP

The SBC VOL skip is the right skip when flowing a concrete with a low SLUMP (up to 5 cms)
The SBC VOL Geared Rollover Skip is designed for pouring mass concrete onto shutters and also large slab areas.
The patented innovative design offers excellent accessibility where handrails and scaffolding may present a problem. Gate operation is by means of a geared hand wheel which enables precise and accurate placing.
Capacities of 1200 litres and above are fitted with heavy duty reinforced bale arms.
The SBC VOL skip sits in the horizontal position on the ground for ease the filling and reverts to the vertical when in use.

REDUCED CONSUMPTION:
All L&T Mixers for trucks are equipped with hydraulic transmissions and gearboxes that allow to reach the maximum rotation speed of the mixing drum when the vehicle is at 1500 revolutions/1' (in comparison with the usual 1800 revolutions/1'). Such a characteristic allows to diminish the fuel consumption, to reduce the wear and tear and to respect the environment (thanks to the low sound emissions).
