Egaña has included some new products in its wide range of machine leveling feet, available in several sizes.
Apart from the standard adjustable machine mounts of HIGH OR LOW PROFILE (In STEEL or STAINLESS) used for all type of machines, there are other types of mounts:
CAM SERIE gives a very good solution for shear and stamping machines and for injection machines.
POLYURETHANE SERIE (In STEEL or STAINLESS) is commonly used for presses and plastic injection machines that work with oils and with corrosive liquids.
(Available with socket in Polyurethane and Rubber (65º).
WEDGE MOUNTS are indicated when perfect levelling is requested. (Big bedplate machinery).
EGAMOUNT serie can be used for the isolation of noise and vibration for generators, tool and production machinery, presses.... They are specially indicated when it is necessary to avoid considerable horizontal movement. Their horizontal stiffness is greater than their vertical stiffness.

Adjustable feet
Thanks to BÜLTE’s new adjustable feet, you can test the qualities of an entirely plastic product.
Designed for supporting and levelling machinery and various devices, the adjusting feet consist of a single, integral part : a screw and an injection moulded nylon foot.
We provide three models:
“round”: Ø 25 mm foot
“round”: Ø 30 mm foot
“octagonal”: 30 mm wrench foot
Height adjustment is by means of an hexagonal section moulded as part of the foot (13 mm A/F).
We supply dimensions M5, M6, M8, M10 and M12, and thread lengths of 10 to 80 mm.
The advantages of the adjustable foot lie in its nylon material, overall weight and resistance to chemicals.
In addition to black which is the standard colour, these parts are available in a wide range of colours.
The standard materials used are Nylon PA6 and polyamides glass filled. Other materials are available on request.
This product thus provides an inexpensive alternative to conventional plastic/metal feet.

For equipment that is installed in active seismic areas, our seismic restraints may be used to secure equipment to the ground. These attractive, high strength stainless brackets attach to our leveling components to form a rigid connection that minimizes the accumulation of seismic accelerations.
