ELESA vibration-damping levelling elements have been designed to damp vibrations, shocks and noise produced by moving bodies or non-balanced vibrating masses of equipment and machines which can cause:
- malfunction and reduction of the machine lifespan and/or of the adjacent ones
- damages at men’s health
- noise.
LW.A are made up of three main elements: zinc-plated steel base with natural rubber disk, zinc-plated steel levelling disk and threaded stem to allow an easy and precise levelling of the machine.
Vibration-damping levelling elements are available in the following diameters: 80 - 120 - 160 and 200 mm.

The OSM-Series mount is designed for use on machinery that does not require fastening to the floor and where stringent demands are imposed on effective vibration damping and the reduction of troublesome noise emitted from machinery and equipment.
It has been designed with the aid of FEM analysis, which prevents
fatigue from fast working cycle times and strong lateral forces in heavy machinery.
The reinforced leveling bolt support cup distributes machine loads to
the support points within the mount. The leveling element provides
direct and reliable machine mounting to suit most installation needs.
Vertical as well as horizontal forces are dampened out by
the integral nitrile pad, which also provides chemical resistance
to most fluids.
A tried and tested design with good leveling characteristics
makes the OSM-Series the natural choice for the majority of
machine types used in industry.

Fabcel® LeveLers are designed to permit fast, simplified precise leveling of all types of equipment and will compensate for up to a 5° tilt in the mounting surface. Furnished with the patented Fabcel® pad, they control shock, vibration and noise and will not allow equipment to creep or walk.
Model SW and SWB Swivel-type LeveLers compensate up to 10° tilt each side of the centerline in order to adjust for uneven bearing surfaces. The base of the Swivel LeveLer is designed to assure solid support. The Swivel LeveLer is zinc plated and gold iridited to resist rust. Model SWB is furnished with a 2" long adjusting bolt. The Swivel-type LeveLers can be furnished with the patented Fabcel® pad to control shock, vibration and noise and will not allow equipment to creep or walk.

The TF mounting is installed in minutes by following the
instructions provided. There is no need to fi x the machines
to the fl oor since the rubber base of the mounting keeps
the machine in place. Whenever necessary, the machine
can easily be re-positioned. The level is adjusted with load
applied.
The rubber element of the TF mounting is oil and chemical
resistant. All metal parts are zincplated and chromated
for protection against corrosion.
Models TF 250, TF 600 and TF 1200, also available in
S/S (ISO 2604/11, BS 3605:1).

The line is in galvanized and stainless steel material and matches both characteristics of good price and quality; it could be used as a valid alternative to the polyamide base line. The recent version with vulcanized rubber allows the use of this line in the food industry. Applications: food, ceramic industry and handling machineries in general

- Load values above mentioned have to be considered referring to static conditions calculated at the half of the screw length. In
conditions of vibrations or in presence of dynamic loads these values should be reduced.

Jacmount Adjustable Levelers
These easy to use jacmounts are recommended when holes or threads are provided on machine feet. When practical, Airloc GLV/GLR's with the proper pads are a good economical alternative.

They are available in a variety of sizes and materials and feature a specially contoured ball socket that substantially reduces friction for ease of adjustment. An exciting new addition to the WDS range are levelling feet which are available with options of a 303 or 316 grade stem and base or an option of a plastic antimicrobial base ideal for those wash down sensitive areas as it has good chemical resistance

Easy and fast mounting by new ISOLOC clicking fastener. By pressing the levelling screw into the disc a fix connection is achieved. Floor slopes up to 5° can be compensated.
Further advantages: By special enlarged supporting nuts a solid support surface and thus a better support of the machine bed is achieved. Machines can be transposed quickly as the levelling element remains connected to the screw.

Bilz Precision Leveling Wedges PK are manufactured in a series including free-standing models as well as models to be bolted to the machine and to the foundation.
