The mechanical flat belt lift table is equipped with independent safety belts which travel with the table during standard lifting operation without being subject to stress. This solution with patented mechanics fully conforms to the safety regulation in accordance with DIN EN 1570. Maintenance has been minimised by the use of wear-free parts and the operating life of the lift table considerably increased. The durability of the flat belts is guaranteed by the rubber coating of the steel cord tension members which optimally protects them from external influences. Neither retensioning nor lubrication is necessary.
Moreover, BELT-LINE impresses with its harmonious, uniform motion paired with high lifting speed and precise positioning accuracy. Particular emphasis was placed on developing and excellent load change behaviour so that the behaviour of the BELT-LINE resilience path is surpassed only by LAWECO’s own push-pull chain handler tables. As noise protection is becoming increasingly important and has been required by EU directive for a long time, the exemplary smooth running characteristics are another point in favour of BELT-LINE. The tables are manufactured in accordance with current rules for lifting tables and conformed to the EU machine directory and EN 1570.
All the metal parts are cleaned and treated against rust, covered with a lacquer polyurethane 2 components , giving a smooth and tight surface. The frame and the platform are painted in blue RAL 5015. The scissors are painted out of orange RAL 2003.
The tables are designed for a power source with 3 x 415 V /50 Hz with earth and 0. All motors have 1400 rpm, which weans that the motor has a long life, and a low noise level. The voltage on all functions is 24 V. |

Velmex announces a series of manually operated UniSlide Elevating Tables. Used in science and industry, applications include gauging, positioning, feeding, inspection, assembly, packaging, dispensing, and testing.
The positioners are constructed of 6062-T6 aluminum alloy and low-friction polymer manufacturer of bearings. The tables in the background have a stable base plate and a right angle platform shelf secured to the slider. The platform can be inverted to reduce the minimum platform height to 0.75"-1". Lead screw advance is 0.100"/turn. Travel distances range from 1" to 12". Load capacities range from 30 to 100 lbs. Options include black anodized finish, lock screws and position readout.
The table in the foreground uses a large thumb professional wheel to turn a central lead screw between parallel professional guides to raise and lower the top platform.
