| BARCO "C" Group Rotary Joints are available in a special design, precision fitted for hot oil/therminol applications. Available in 1/2" through 3" sizes, BARCO "Hot Oil" joints are recommended for applications using Mobiltherm 600, Dowtherm and other heat transfer fluids. These joints are designed to be used in circulating systems with temperatures up to 600°F (316°C). |
|
| Deublin steam joints are avilable with either a single bushing / bearing or dual bushing / bearing. Bracket, rod or bell supported stteam joints are also available where external support is essential due to a combination of large size andf / or high speed applications. |
|
Rotary Unions are self-contained and self-supporting rotary seals used to transfer fluids such as steam, water air or oil, to and from rotating machinery.
Standard units are of steel and iron construction with specials available in, for example, stainless steel and nickel alloys for chemically aggresive fluids or food quality applications.
The range of standard models in three basic types for single or dual flow are available with a choice of ball bearings for temperatures up to 160 degrees celsius and with plain cylindrical carbon bearings for temperatures of 100 degrees celsius up to 300 degrees celsius. Pressure range is 70 bar with rotational speeds up to 5000 rpm. In many instances it is possible to exceed these conditions after first consulting the Filton technical department for advice. |

Style 194 Service Saddle
For use on PVC Pipe (IPS, OD)
Offers 360-degree support for taps off plastic mains
Designed with plastic pipe in mind, the Style 194 service saddle provides a low cost efficient means for supporting the pipe where service taps are made.
Check these advantages:
- Simply "wraps" around the pipe. One bolt to tighten.
- Full 360-degree support of the pipe, with designed-in safeguard against overtightening. Cannot deform the pipe.
- Recessed rubber compound gasket is confined, cannot blow-out, or cold-flow to weaken the seal.
- Boss furnished with either corporation or IPT threads, to suit your standards. 3/4" and 1" tap sizes available.
- Rugged malleable iron bodies are galvanized for long service life. Bolt is corrosion-resistant Dresserloy, cadmium plated. |

Rotary Systems designs and manufactures a line of standard and custom over-the-shaft rotary unions.
The rotary union shown is constructed from carbon steel and utilizes a precision ground shaft, radial ball bearings and Teflon seals. This is a two passage rotary union with .25" NPT passages with a four inch bore through the shaft. This union was designed specifically for a high pressure hydraulic indexing application.
Our standard over-the-shaft line of rotary unions can be viewed on our website by clicking on the 011 series. Our standard unions are offered in two and four passages with a .5", 1.5” or 2.0” bore through the shaft. The bore through the shaft is independent from the union. Some customers will pass a shaft or electrical wires through this bore.
If you have a custom rotary union application, please contact our Technical Sales department at 1-800-959-0146.
