The multiple passage rotary union that is shown was designed and manufactured for wafer processing equipment. This union was designed to pass multiple medias without cross contamination between passages.
This rotary union is made from stainless steel and was designed to pass air, vacuum and wafer processing slurry. This is only one example of a union that we have designed for the Semi-conductor industry. We currently have several large OEM's that we provide custom unions for in this industry.

MDC's Large-Flange™ ISO LF components are an economical system of reusable and interfacing stainless steel vacuum fittings for tube sizes ranging from 2-1/2" through 20" diameters. Air Logic offers a selection of Swivel Fittings with an O-Ring Seal located above the 10-32 UNF threads. The addition of this bottom seal guarantees a leak-free connection. Three barb configurations are available: Swivel Elbows, Swivel Tees, and Straight Swivels.
The unique design (Patent # 4,496,204) allows the barb to swivel 360° in the threaded base. Nylon or Polypropylene fittings are available with Buna-N, Ethylene Propylene, Silicone, or Viton o-rings.

Designed with plastic pipe in mind, the Style 194 service saddle provides a low cost efficient means for supporting the pipe where service taps are made.

Rotary Systems designs and manufactures a line of standard and custom over-the-shaft rotary unions.
The rotary union shown is constructed from carbon steel and utilizes a precision ground shaft, radial ball bearings and Teflon seals. This is a two passage rotary union with .25" NPT passages with a four inch bore through the shaft. This union was designed specifically for a high pressure hydraulic indexing application.
Our standard over-the-shaft line of rotary unions can be viewed on our website by clicking on the 011 series. Our standard unions are offered in two and four passages with a .5", 1.5” or 2.0” bore through the shaft. The bore through the shaft is independent from the union. Some customers will pass a shaft or electrical wires through this bore.

24 KA series
Durable, single hand quick connect coupling made of brass. The sealed sleeve prevents dirt from reaching the internal parts. The construction is based on the 26 series, which has proven its worth many times over the years and can be used for a multitude of applications.

10-20 HK Series Poppet Couplings
This HK Two-Way Coupling Series is designed for general purpose hydraulic service. Some are suitable for use with various liquids, chemicals, steam, gases and vacuum. Series 1-HK to 8-HK, 12-HK and 20-HK conform to the dimensional requirements of ISO 7241-1 Series B. The series is available in brass, steel and stainless steel construction in all sizes. These couplings are heavy duty and most sizes are intended for high impulse service. Options include: non-valved socket and plug, valve actuator in socket or plug, bleeder-style plug, sleeve lock, and multiple sleeve material options. ASA/ANSI flanges provide a complete range of fittings to mount with tubing sized 1” up to 12” diameter. The ASA/ANSI flange system consists of two flanges, an elastomeric o-ring seal (sealing ring) and bolt fasteners to compress the seal between the two flanges. A pair of ASA/ANSI flanges must have one grooved flange to accept the sealing ring and one smooth face flange onto which the seal will be made. To ease system assembly, rotatable flanges are available for bolt hole alignment.
A&N offers a complete line of flanges, fittings, valves, traps, and accessories with ASA/ANSI connections that can be used to create a complete vacuum system or pumping line.
ASA/ANSI flanges are often used in vacuum systems that experience intermittent positive pressures (under 150 psi).

CF and Wire Seal flanges are part of the same family of Ultra-High vacuum components that compress a copper gasket between two stainless steel flanges to create a vacuum tight seal.
CF flange systems are more commonly used within the vacuum industry and therefore have a larger standard product offering. CF flanges are specified by their outer diameter. A&N CF flanges are manufactured to industry standards and are interchangeable with all other Conflat® style flanges and fittings. Industry standard sizes range from 1.33” to 16.5”.
Wire Seal flanges are desirable for those applications that require flanges larger than those available with the CF flange system. Wire Seal flanges have no industry standard dimension specifications. While vacuum component manufacturers endeavor to create interchangeable flanges, the only way to ensure compatibility is to purchase a mating set of wire seal flanges from a single manufacturer.

General description :
MDC ASA-style flanges mate with standard 150 lb. ASA-ANSI flanges. Flanges are offered with choice of smooth face or O-ring groove. Eight flange sizes are detailed in this section. They are available blank or bored to fit tube sizes 1-1/2" through 12" O.D.
The vacuum seal is made by compressing an O-ring between a mating pair of flanges. The pair includes a smooth face flange and an O-ring grooved flange.
