The products sf 900, sf 900 m, sf 902, sf 929, sf 9P DKO, sf 9 DKO and sf 9 DKO 90 have an O Ring with 24° cone, suitable for fittings with Port form W to DIN 3861 and nut to DIN 3870 Form A2.
Orbital welding
sf 900 OS, sf 906 OS and sf 907 OS are designed for orbital welding. The weld end is square, free of burrs and without a bevel.

There are two main styles of hybrid adapters:
Flange-to-Flange adapters: These fittings allow transitions between two dissimilar flange families - for example a CF flange to an ISO-QF. Common applications for these fittings include retrofitting an existing vacuum system or adding gauges and instrumentation. A&N produces the following vacuum flange families:

Style 162 Transition Couplings...
For joining pipe of different diameters
The Dresser Style 162 Transition Coupling permits you to connect two different kinds of pipe or sizes of pipe. You simply select the correct coupling for the pipe diameters being joined. The drawings at right illustrate how gaskets of different cross-sections adjust the coupling to your requirement. Further adjustment is accomplished with reducing middle-ring couplings.

Tubes and bends in pneumatic conveying lines are suffering more or less abrasion. Gericke elbow type GB resists abrasion and avoids product attrition.
It reduces considerabley degradation of conveyed material and avoids formation of angel hair through its patented deflection chamber.

EMB weld nipples are utilised in areas of hydraulic circuitry when any or all of the following conditions may be present. For example: extreme vibration and pulsating loads; very heavy pressure surges in systems, extreme temperatures and temperature variations.
Where failure at joints would result in prohibitive costs. Weld nipples can be easily complemen-ted using solderless pipe screwjoints to DIN 2352/ISO 8434-1. The cutting ring is removed and the welding nipple is fitted in its place.

Cutting Rings
We normally recommend the use of our specially developed double bite rings, sf 500 Z, which have been tested by German Lloyd. These are high precision components, produced exclusively in-house and have proved their outstanding reliability more than a million times over.
If a high resistance to corrosion is required, we recommend the use of sf 500 B Twin Brillant rings. In addition, for certain uses, we offer sf 500 single bite rings as well as sf 500K Sealing Rings and sf 500 PT Sealing Rings in PTFE.

ZLC Series Die-Cast Nickel-Plated Zinc Quick Disconnect Couplings
Colder Products’ new die-cast nickel-plated zinc quick disconnect couplings (ZLC) are a reliable, economical solution that is particularly suitable for high volume production requirements when the durability of metal is required. Streamlined and lightweight in relation to comparable machined brass couplings, the ZLC is interchangeable with many of Colder’s existing coupling lines.
The ZLC incorporates an easy-to-use thumb latch, automatic shutoff valves, integral terminations, and an audible “click” indicating a secure connection.
The nickel-plated zinc ZLC provides effective chemical resistance to gasoline, ink, air, water, and many other fluids. It weighs approximately 20 percent less than comparable chrome-plated brass couplings and operates at temperatures ranging form -10° F to 150° F (-23° C to 66° C). Temperature capabilities and chemical resistance may be extended with valve and seal options. Prior to plating, the ZLC is impregnated to eliminate porosity. The ZLC is offered in panel mount or in-line configurations and terminations, including hose barb and pipe thread.
