Tornado Nozzles do more …
than simply clean by compressed air blow! Contamination such as dust, swarf or even liquids are loosened by a powerful air-jet. Air turbulence created by the rotating movement traps and effectively removes contamination from the surface. Both rotating arms can be individually adjusted, i.e. the speed of rotations and the jet angle can be adjusted to suit the application. Tornado Nozzles only use compressed air and are absolutely reliable devices. They may also be used in explosion-risk areas.
Cleanroom version
All Tornado Nozzles are available in a cleanroom version. At an operating pressure of 6 bar, they are suitable for cleanrooms with clean-air conditions “class 100” (US Federal Standard 209E).

Air Wipe Blow-Off System - Ring-Blade from Nex Flow is easy to mount and maintain and reduces both compressed air consumption and noise levels.
It produces a "laminar" flow of air along its 360º angle using the "Coanda" effect which "entrains" a large volume of air from the surrounding area along with the small amount of compressed air from the Ring-Blade air-saver wiper-blade to produce an output flow up to 30 times.

ABO Series air blow-off nozzles project a flat fan-shaped curtain of gas in a direction parallel to the axis of the nozzle body. Gases most commonly used are air and steam. Nex Flow™ removes the confusion from air jets and nozzles. You do NOT need hundreds of different nozzles. All air amplifying nozzles produce air flows up to 25 times the compressed air consumed. Different nozzles have different outlet sizes and the more air used, the greater the force produced. Noise reduction u t 10 dBA is typil as well as reduced air consumption when compared to open jets and tubes.
The most important reason to use air nozzles or jets is safety All Nex Flow air nozzles and jets meet OSHA standard CFR 1910.242(b) for dead end pressure. Noise levels are dramatically lower with air nozzles and jets in addition to lower energy use.

SILVENT 910: back-blow nozzle used for blowing clean inside pipes or channels. Cleaning out pipe during and after tooling has always been a problem. Blowing clean using conventional methods is impossible as chips are blown further into the pipe rather than out. SILVENT 910 can handle blow-out of pipe with diameters from 25 mm (1") up to 100 mm (4"). The nozzles are based upon and manufactured in accordance with SILVENT's patents, which means that both noise level and air consumption are kept to a minimum.
