Nex Flow™ removes the confusion from air jets and nozzles. You do NOT need hundreds of different nozzles. All air amplifying nozzles produce air flows up to 25 times the compressed air consumed. Different nozzles have different outlet sizes and the more air used, the greater the force produced. Noise reduction u t 10 dBA is typil as well as reduced air consumption when compared to open jets and tubes.
The most important reason to use air nozzles or jets is safety All Nex Flow air nozzles and jets meet OSHA standard CFR 1910.242(b) for dead end pressure. Noise levels are dramatically lower with air nozzles and jets in addition to lower energy use.

Lechler flat fan nozzles stand for uniform liquid and distribution. Particularly high energy jets are generated with spray angles up to 60°. SILVENT 920 A: flat nozzle that generates a broad and efficient air cone. Outstanding for use wherever a wide but thin striking surface is required. Air Jets are larger than nozzles and used when a wider area needs to be hit with the amplified air. They are significantly more efficient than nozzles although often use as much compressed air. Their best use is to replace pairs of nozzles that are used for part ejection or for blow-off applications that require greater force than that provided by air knives or air movers. Nozzles are for point use while air jets can fan out somewhat for better continuous blow-off when a row of them are made. Nex Flow air jets are all made adjustable with a lock ring to assure the security of any gap setting. They have a female 1/8" NPT and made lightweight with anodized aluminum.

Model 45001 - High Flow Air Jet and Model 45002 High Force Air Jet are physically the same size. The only difference is a larger exit opening for the amplified air flow. The high flow system is used more for cooling and light blow-off while the high force version is sued mainly for heavier blow-off applications.
Model 45003 - Mini Air Jet is the most compact air jet with high force, is adjustable and ideal for tight spaces. This is unique to Nex Flow and there is no equivalent competitive system.

Static Eliminator - Air-Blade Ionizer:
The Standard Air-Blade Ionizer combines the superior designed Standard Air-Blade™ Air Knife with a quality static bar made by Haug, a world leading static control manufacturer. Charges can be eliminated quickly, even over large distances and surface area.
The Standard Air-Blade Ionizer uses a small amount of compressed air for a powerful, and adjustable force with "laminar" flow to eliminate charges in applications where static bars cannot reach or where high speeds are a factor.
Normally the Standard Model RN Haug brand static bar can address most applications. For extremely high speeds and high charges the extra powerful VS model is used. For washdown applications (such as pharmaceutical areas), even a washable model is available at extra cost.
All Haug static bars come with a patented safety connector and fully shielded cable. The power supplies are "repairable" and are so well made, that we offer a two year warranty on them (one year on the bars).

A SIMCO anti-static bar with airknife combine the effects of air amplification and ionisation to produce a high-velocity ''sheet'' of ionised air (amplification ratio as high as 25:1). This combined effect can be used for static neutralising and dust removal in a single operation, for instance in the automotive finishing, printing, packaging, plastics and textile industries. The airknife is very compact and does not have any moving parts. SIMCO anti-static bars produce an electrical field which causes air molecules to break down into positive and negative ions. These ions are
picked up by the high-velocity airflow produced by the airknife and propelled into the work area where they neutralise the charged surface or product.

Ionizing air nozzles produce a high-velocity ionized air flow which simultaneously cleans and neutralises static charges on parts and materials. The nozzles operate on compressed air and provide a pinpoint ionized air source for being used in critical cleaning and/or static neutralising.
